Interested in Joining Our Faculty?

We do not require state certification for our teachers. We have found that our form of education works best when we seek those who have a natural teaching ability, love for learning, and share our values. Full and part time positions are available.

We are currently accepting applications the following positions for the 2026-2027 School Year:

• Substitute Teachers

As a rule, we are always accepting applications for substitutes, Grammar School teachers, and Upper School Humanities teachers. We are also always interested in talking to applicants with a background in Classical Christian Education.

All of our staff must be committed Christians with a living and active faith in Jesus. They must have a strong Christian testimony and be committed to the Classical Christian vision.

In Grammar School we seek the following:

• Classroom experience

• A passion for Classical Christian education

• A love of children

• Organizational skills and aptitude for managing a classroom

• A personal love of learning

In Upper School we seek the following:

• Experience with or a passion for Classical Christian Education

• A contagious love of learning

• A demonstrated love of books, especially The Great Books

• Subject matter experience

• A background from a Classical Christian school or homeschool

• A strong classroom aptitude and/or excellent teaching references
